Consistent with the bylaws of Caring Hands Outreach Center Inc, the Organization has been organized to operate exclusively for charitable, benevolent, literary, cultural and educational purposes. The Mission of Caring Hands Outreach Center Inc,  is to provide a helping hand within a caring Christian environment to people in need in our communities.

In addition, the mission of Caring Hands Outreach Center Inc. is to bring together  the services of the following but not limited to, the  Food Pantry, Cloths Hangar, Children’s free clinic, Family free clinic, the Kid’s Café and other such entities under the umbrella of Caring Hands Outreach Center inc. in an effort to reach families in need and support outreach programs.

The Organization shall have, in furtherance of the aforesaid purposes, all of the powers conferred upon corporations organized pursuant to the provisions of 501 c (3) Nonprofit Corporation Law of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 as amended, or its counterpart under any future federal tax statue, which may be selected by the Board of Directors of Caring Hands Outreach Center, Inc.

Our primary goal is to help bring back the quality of life to our community with genuine care. We believe in giving without asking for anything in return. We are a Christian based organization and we want to show everyone we meet that there is always someone who cares.

The needs are many. We know that we cannot save the world by what we can do, but we can at least help to make someone's world brighter.
